Another revolutionary finding in the discovery of sound therapy was the enormous boost in creativity experienced by the listener when in certain Theta frequencies. When in Theta, the brain works on solutions for the little problems that crop up in our daily lives, much like the way our dreams work.

While in Theta, the state where most of our dreams occur, the subconscious mind processes everything that it has experienced throughout our daily lives. Then, as a result, we have a dream, to guide, warn or inform us through imagery and symbolism. This program works very much like a "guided dream."

THE PROGRAM
To use the Creativity program, you simply listen to the recording (using stereo headphones) while lying down on a bed or sofa. Keep a note pad beside you for any ideas that crop up. Then, close your eyes and let your mind wander while listening to a relaxing sound track with a soft rain and wind chimes. You may want some light in the room because you'll need to stay conscious to get the full benefits of the program. If you fall asleep, you are likely to forget the new creations that you're "dreaming up."

The actual sound therapy program is "under" the sound track, at such a low volume that you can barely detect it. If you were to hear the sound therapy track without the sound track, it would sound like white noise or a strong waterfall.

While listening to the program, the user is brought into a deep Theta state, then back up to Alpha state every few minutes to recall what they have dreamed up in Theta. Very much like our dreams, we are more likely to recall them, when awakened in the middle of them.
