You can actually fall asleep with the program and wake up with a better vocabulary! Although it is relaxing enough to fall asleep to, it is not hypnosis. It is a unique Global Hypnosis product employing "Super Learning" Theta waves in conjunction with an excellent vocabulary program.

If you were to hear the sound therapy track without the sound track, it would sound like white noise or a strong waterfall.
